Lady Gaga's new single "Judas" appeared a few days earlier than expected, with a radio debut overseas on Friday. The song was quickly rushed to radio and digital retailers, with the song now flying up the iTunes sales chart. "Judas" is now expected to easily debut at #1 on the Hot 100 chart later this week. GagaDaily.com reports the song was already #1 on the iTunes charts in 12 different countries within 24 hours of its release.
Also over the weekend, Gaga tweeted a picture of the cover art for her new album, Born This Way. The album cover features the Pop star's head and arms photoshopped onto a motorcycle, creating a part-man, part-machine Gaga monster. The special edition of Born This Way will just feature Gaga's headshot as its cover. Gaga also tweeted that Born This Way will have 14 tracks, while the special edition will contain 17 songs and five bonus remixes.

In other Foo news, Wasting Light debuted at #1 on the U.K. sales chart, knocking Adele's 21out of the top slot after 11 straight weeks. Wasting Light is expected to debut atop the U.S. Soundscanchart later this week.
Blink-182 has postponed their entire tour of U.K. and Ireland, including a number of festival dates. The majority of the dates have been rescheduled for the summer of 2012. In a statement on the trio's official website, they say, "When we booked the tour last year, we were confident that we would have the new album out before the Summer. Turns out we were mistaken as the album is taking longer than we thought and won't be out till later this year. We hoped we would have some new songs to play rather than do another 'greatest hits tour' which you all saw last Summer. As much as we know our fans would be cool with that, we feel that we owe you guys something new when you spend your money to come see us. Frankly, it's what needs to continue for us to remain vital. The three of us are working very hard to do what we set out to do when were formed...get a new blink-182 album recorded."
Katy Perry has expanded her North American "California Dreams" tour, with another leg of dates in September. Janelle Monae will open all eight shows, which begin September 7 in San Antonio and wind up in Tulsa on September 17. The "California Dreams" tour kicks off in Atlanta on June 7.

I don't know another town whose mayor is on the board of its music council."
Kings Of Leon have buried the hatchet with Glee creator Ryan Murphy, following their ongoing spat in the press over the band declining to have their music used on the hit Fox show. Murphy recently apologized to the Kings in an interview, and singer Caleb Followill told Rolling Stoneover the weekend, "I'm glad he said something. We don't hold grudges." Drummer Nathan Followilladded, "I'll just be glad when I can check my Google alerts and don't have to read anything about us and Glee. That'll be a wonderful feeling."
