Also present were Dr Hjh Naemah bte Hj Basir (Assistant Vice Chancellor), Professor Michael Cloke (Academic Advisor), Jennifer Hiew Lim (ITB Registrar and Secretary), Husni bte Matussin (Bursar) and former directors and registrars of ITB.
The function was also attended by the current staff, students and alumni of ITB from as early as Intake Two.
The dinner began with the recitation of surah al-fatihah and doa led by Ustaz Pg Kamaradzaman bin Pg Mohd Yassin.
This was then followed by welcoming remarks from Jennifer Voon Nyuk Hiong, the university's Dean of Student Affairs and the event chairperson.
This was then followed by a speech from the guest of honour.
The guest of honour also led the cutting of the silver jubilee dinner cake accompanied by a performance by ITB Choral Speakers.
A video was shown with footages of interviews with former directors and registrars who shared their insights on the development of ITB.
The dinner also saw several performances such as Yadan Yadan by Gulingtangan Club, Buchaechum by Korean Culture Club, Tani Tualang Tiga by Dance Club, Soran Bushi by Japanese Culture Club and a medley of Malay and English songs by Choir Club.
The ceremony ended with tokens of appreciation presented to former directors and registrars.
