Hardwarezone

Hardwarezone
The forum on hardwarezone.com used to be a platform for younger generation to discuss on various topics pertaining to the current affair and happenings in Singapore. Youngsters used to be able to post discussions on political affair such as government policies, election issues and anything affecting their daily lives.
Until recently, as the election is getting closer, the moderators at hardwarezone.com have taken a personal bias against any threads in the forum which contain description or announcement of opposition party activities. For example, they will delete threads containing the announcement of the walkabout dates for the various opposition parties. In the meantime, they will retain any threads which are beneficial to the PAP incumbents.
We of course know that hardwarezone.com was purchased by SPH many years ago and we shouldn’t expect too much open discussion on political matters in its forum. However, doesn’t it contradict point that the PAP incumbents have been calling our youth to be more involved in the current affairs of Singapore? So, why is SPH having their moderators deleting and locking up threads that contain political content?
