They just need to pick the judges, commit to them, and let that be that!
Despite production of The X Factor being underway in the states, and auditions going out in six different cities already, Simon Cowell has still NOT decided on who will take the remaining two positions on the judging panel!
He explains:
"We are still having nightly arguments, trying to get everyone to agree. If you ask everyone, you have 25 different opinions."
Despite the process showing "publicly complete and utter indecisiveness," he thinks that choosing has been difficult because unlike on American Idol, "This is not a two-days-a-week job."
But apparently, they may have a new potential candidate in singerGloria Estefan, who unexpectedly "turned up" at the Miami auditions "and did a really great job. She gave everyone support and encouragement."
HOLY SHIZ! Yes! They need to make that happen - she'd be PERFECT full-time! She has the talent AND the experience to back it up!
And of course, PEREZ is always around! Either of us, really, would be great choices! HA!
