Larry T. McDowell will retire from CEC Entertainment Inc.'s board of directors later this week, according to Dallas' Citybizlist.
CEC Entertainment Inc., parent company of Chuck E. Cheese, is headquartered in Irving, Texas.
McDowell's announcement comes shortly after Richard T. Huston, CEC's EVP, marketing and entertainment announced his retirement.
McDowell was introduced as a member at a company shareholder meeting in 2005. He began his three-year term on March 4 of that year.
CEC Entertainment and its franchisees operate 554 Chuck E. Cheese's units in 48 states and seven countries.
First Quarter results call set
CEC Entertainment will host a conference call with investors on May 5 to discuss financial results for the first quarter ended April 3, 2011. The conference call will begin at 3:30 p.m. Central Time and will be broadcast live over the Internet.
Investors have the opportunity to listen to the call live online. To listen, visit the site at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the call to register, download and install any necessary software.
For those who are not able to listen to the live broadcast, a replay of the call will also be available shortly thereafter and continue for a minimum of 90 days.
