The Audi A7 Sportsback coupe, expected in US later in April, comes with a $60,000 price tag.
$60,000 covers the final costs of the 2011 Audi A7 at its most basic offerings. The five door coupe moves from 0 to 60 in 5.4 seconds. Its top speeds are conflicting, some say 130 mph but other reports say its top speed is 155. The Audi A7’s V-6, 310 horsepower runs 18 mpg in the city and 28 on the highway for a combined 22 mpg.
The latest model is expected to showcase in the US later this month. The Audi A7 sports model was awarded top honors in auto design at the Auto Build Design Summit. Interior design and wood laminate panels are praised as as are its heated front seats, Bluetooth telephone and music player connection, climate control, automatic headlights, SIRIUS satellite radio and BOSE surround sound.
The A6 is embraced by car and driver enthusiasts as middle of the road or a compromise between Audi’s A6 and A8, with particular physical similarity to the A5.
The Audi A7 Premium edition starts at $59, 250 with standard feature highlights: headlights and LED daytime running headlights, taillights, power front seats, driver memory, HomeLink® universal remote, Audi music interface with iPod remote and keyless go.
The Premium Plus 3.0 TFSI starts at $62, 870 with Audi Connect, parking system plus with a rearview camera and trademarked navigation system. The Prestige Audi A7 starts at $65,580. With it comes power tilt and telescoping steering column. Audi advanced key- keyless entry and keyless go. Four-zone automatic climate control, trademarked S line exterior, and a twelve-way, driver and front passenger climate seats with ventilation, BOSE Sound System, lighting package, Audi xenon plus adaptive headlinghts with LED daytime running lights.
Each version of the A7 sportback has 18 – 19 “ chrome wheels, 5 interior colors and ten exterior colors including pink, or the Garnet Red Pearl Effect (for the exterior).
